Studi Islam Berkala (SIB) adalah organisasi intrakurikuler mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Jember yang bergerak dalam bidang kajian dan dakwah Islamiyah. Studi Islam Berkala lahir sebagai organisasi mahasiswa yang berbentuk Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Fakultas (UKMF). Kelahiran SIB didasari oleh kebutuhan akan adanya lembaga kajian dan dakwah Islamiyah bagi Fakultas Hukum Universitas Jember.Keberadaan SIB di tengah-tengah Fakultas Hukum Universitas Jember diharapkan membawa perubahan yang terkondisikan bagi pengembangan kajian dan dakwah Islamiyah, sehingga cita-cita bahwa Islam dapat menjadi rahmat bagi seluruh alam akan benar-benar tercapai.
