1 ★Keeps saying error and won't let me access any of my notes or prescriptions. It was amazing to start with but now I wouldn't even give one star. Such a shame :(

1 ★Made an account, can't get past the verification process as it keeps saying its invalid or expired so now I have a slew of texts with useless verification codes. Also says there isn't a child linked to my account when there is.
4 ★The idea of the app is great. It will keep all your medical records and your kids information, vaccination information and reminders about it, all in one app which will support NHS account apps. It sounds great and easy. But the app is still in the developing stage and for using it you should pay £9.99 per year. And it is not easy to contact customer service if you have a problem, until you'll write a review. But from the moment you have their attention, they react pretty quick help you.

2 ★Not smooth experience overall. For a start, why does it make me login every time, through entering my NHS login details? There doesn't seem to be an option for logging in via fingerprint authentication. Otherwise, the info available is quite mixed - I was reading an article which I then lost (the app logged me off) and I was unable to find it.

4 ★I love this app for keeping track of everything and knowing if there's any areas that my son might need extra help in. Unfortunately as much as I'd like to, I can't comment on the paid features, because the app won't let me subscribe! I've tried several payme and methods and it declines them all. It's not my payment method, and it's not Google play as I've paid for other things recently, it's just this one app :(
