1 ★Awful. Always crashing and having to restart during games often missing crucial moments. App won't even start today. I want my money back!!!

1 ★No club live text feed through the app only via an internet browser!!!!!! What IS the point? Rubbish.

1 ★What's the point in paying for an app that won't work. Been hit and miss all season, now won't even open. Total waste of time.

1 ★Support from app makers tries to suggest they have no known issues from anyone else, once again getting screwed by the EFL as have to use this poor excuse of an app. Terrible app, closes for no reason or for unknown parameters. Sometimes plays when screen locked other times not which is a real pain when driving and trying to listen to game. You know this is only way people have too listen to games and have to pay so can't be bothered to sort issues that been going on since last season. Send support request and it never gets a response, won't be paying £10 to watch mid week games if can't do something simple like audio broadcast, you even charge when season finished and nothing happening, typical of anything to do work EFL as long as making money screw the fans.

2 ★I would much prefer this app if it wasn't so buggy. During live matches radio Cometary it keeps stopping and i have to unlock phone to get it back. Sometimes I need to force stop the app then restart as I get an invalid parameter message. Other times I've been told I need to upgrade my subscription, when I was listening 2 seconds ago (I think not some how). This is the only way I can listen to live games to follow my beloved hatters so I have no choice but to use app. For the money I spend I expect these issues to be ironed out, it's nearing the end of the season and its still not sorted.

2 ★Crashes with message "invalid parameter". According to the support you need to clear down the cache & the try again. This happens every 30 minutes or so and only a reinstall can fix it. £110 annual fee for support like that? Somebody is having a laugh.
