5 ★Feels very good, i love it! EDIT: working fine so far, after 2 years using it on a daily basis. i have a galaxy a5 and for me this app is just the best. give it a try! EDIT: still holding up as one of the best camera apps for Droids. idk why the f is not more popular... EDIT 2/2020: going strong as my fav photography app. A pity i cannot give it 6 stars.
5 ★This rules. I'm 100% delighted by it - feels like a labor of love. This isapp the iPhone killer for those of us who have felt spurned by a certainvintage camera app outfit. Conversely, dev support is personal, nearinstantaneous, and demonstrates a genuine care for micro and macro userconcerns. Load time exists but if you load up the app before going out toshoot it's a non issue. KULTCAMERALIFESTYLE!!
3 ★-I'm sorry but i have to compare this with Hipstamatic. The effect (dust,border, vignette) doesn't look 'blended' into the picture. Maybe need toadd texture like Glow, Clarity, high contrast, dark black, something likethat. -Browsing the accessories is smooth but too smooth that it took awhile if i want to go from first selection to the last selection. I can'tskip. I hope this app will someday make shooting with Android into nextlevel. For now, i'm giving 3*.
4 ★So far I'm loving this app. I was looking for one like hipstamatic and Ilove this even more. One issue I'm having though is when I use the frontcamera it flips the picture upsidedown? Can't find anything in the settingsabout this so if this is part of the app, it's sort of annoying. If thiswas an option you could change, I'd be giving 5 stars.
4 ★I really like this camera and already bought the full version... The only problem is, sometime when i snap the picture using my rear camera, it turns into black like the camera didn't snap anything... I've restarted my phone but it didn't work. The picture still turns black. (this doesn't happens when i switch the camera to front view)Then, i have to go to setting and switch ON the flash mode and snap the picture. Then, switch it back to 'flash is off' or 'automatic mode' to snap the picture again... But overall, i really loveeee this camera. Plus, the filters and the interface were great!!
4 ★A bunch of photos I took turned out completely black! There was no sign anything was going wrong until I went to the gallery to view the photos I took. 😭 That's not okay. Honestly, this app has other issues too. And yet....I'm keeping it. It takes better photos than any camera app I've tried so far. It's the only one that I've found that actually gets the color accurate for sunsets (at least with the film/filter I ususally use). DSLRs even mess that up most of the time.
4 ★Please update for longer screens or have vertical screen with sd card savings option. Purchased full version. Now a request. I liked the effects that it produces. But disliked the fact that interface is only on the horizontal direction. As it takes square format, it would be very convenient to have a vertical interface as well. Mobiles are most easy to use in horizontal position. Please consider this.
3 ★Kultcamera is Hipstamatic 0.2 for Android - that's for sure. Major minuses for me: Camera does not support vertical handling. Unable to take pictures without a white border. Have to re-edit all creations. Major pluses: Filters are very good, hi res images, fast processing and logic lay-out.
5 ★I like the way you can choose between cameras, films and lens. Beautiful graphics helps you to choose what kind of cameras, films and lens you can put together in oder to create de image you want. And after having your set up, you can see on real time how the subject will be, and than, just shoot it! Very fast, intuitive and fun and the final result is good enough (I mean, i don't need a super high resolution image)
2 ★Kultcamera is a Wannabe Hipstamatic. As anyone who has had the pleasure in experiencing Apple Apps will know without me having to say it: we are not surprised to find this Android app -in comparison- beyond lacking at best.
5 ★Camera is pretty awesome. Bit glitchy but not a deal breaker. No restore though. Got a new phone, have to pay again. Bummer. Update: Just came back to re-buy app to find that my phone now automatically restores it once I downloaded it again. Now I can give it the stars it deserves!
