Energy Bar sits on the screen silently putting almost 0% load on CPU, if battery level changes, Android wakes up Energy Bar. Once awake, Energy Bar quickly updates itself and goes back to sleep. And to be that extra efficient, the Bar goes on deep sleep when you turn off the screen, meaning it doesn't even read changes in battery level when the screen is off.
Notification Access requirement: Users have been enjoying the ultra stability and reliability of Energy Bar every since version 5.0. 5 ★app was very easy to set up with minimal hassle. no invasive ads and honest about trials and what will need paid for. i like clear cut honest apps. I have don't ever 5 stars and share, well now I did. maybe cause i was in a good mood , maybe cause its awesome idk. all i know, it was easy peasy and I love that.
1 ★Did have this app installed on my phone S9 but when I changed to a new model S10 5g app conficts with Google Mic/Location services in Chrome so have had to remove. So wast of money.
3 ★Very good app visually. Nice to look at. But when charging, the little cube apart of the animations never changes color. So if it starts at the low power red, and you keep it charging all the way to full, the colors aren't the same and it looks gross watching it. Otherwise good but the charging animation is half of it. Good customization
1 ★This is a stupid app. Will not work with a Samsung S9+. Junk Status. Don't bother downloading Once Energy Bar is enabled, then you proceed to the next screen and it tells you it's not enabled. You check the phone settings and it tells you Energy Bar is enabled. You now are caught in a vicious circle. Obviously poorly written and/or tested. Uninstalling.
5 ★Really easy to set up, beautifully designed I would like to say, when the bounce animation plays, it would be cool to see it bounce off of the existing light , instead of going down to the end and back up. That's the only thing I have to say
4 ★Great app. One flaw though, if you're using the status bar mode on any app that makes the text and icons on the status bar black, you can't see it. E.g I can't see the time when I'm in the app store and my battery percentage is below 85%

When allowing access, the following is stated: "Energy bar will be able to read all your notifications including personal information such as contact names and the content of messages you receive. It will also be able to dismiss notifications or activate the buttons they contain..... Has the ability to turn Do Not Disturb on or off.... " description provided by the developer is inaccurate, this app should not need these permissions, sketchy.
5 ★i can always tell when i need a charge now. Just wish there wasn't a charge for the notification bar option. Probably shouldn't even be the option unkess you buy the paid version. I would love to buy the paid version,but since my ID was stolen from an online hack i dont trust anything connected to the internet.
2 ★Just like energy ring, the damn indicator color shows when taking a screen shot. It's very annoying to have to turn off/on the app for a screen shot. I mentioned on the other app and never got any response. Customer support doesn't exist for this app or any of their other ones from what I'm reading in the comments.

4 ★An overall great app. I love how I am able to see my battery whenever I want, I do have an issue however where if say I'm in a game and I open up my keyboard in that game, the bar gets misaligned, I'm hoping this issue can get resolved some day.
