Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Here's a great example of a simple yet delightfully customizable, really useful app. The good point here is that the dreadful plastic volume buttons will inevitably break, rendering control impossible. I've installed the app on my brand new 6.0.4 device and will never ever have to fight with those crappy buttons again. Bravo and tnx from Bermuda!!!!!!!
2 ★Seek Bar slider cannot be slided. You need to press in the slider, very unprecise. And buttons up/down cannot be long pressed. To go from volume 0 to 15... well press 15 times. I'm sure those are hard to code, but challenging doesn't mean impossible :). App could use the possibility to display android volume slider from the notification area.
5 ★Probably one of the best out there! Just wish the volume level would show up in the notification bar. Right now I can see the icon but with two dashes (- -). Hope for a fix in future update. Keep up the good work!
4 ★I was looking for a bunch of apps to better control my Nexus 7 since the buttons can be tricky to hit. I picked this one because I could open the notifications box from anywhere and adjust the sound. It worked great for what I wanted to do but unfortunately I noticed a huge drop in battery life. Upon further inspection it seemed to be this app. It could be just me, I don't know, but I prefer good battery life, so sadly I will have to check out a few other apps.
3 ★Tried to adjust color and it "unfortunately stopped". Went settings and tried the color same message- force closed. But it does work fine if u don't mess with the color. Oh and slider doesn't slide, clicks. WTF is the point of that? Switching to Power Toggles.
2 ★Interface is nice and simple and it's exactly what I was looking for, unfortunately it doesn't do anything on my volume. Hope to try it later on again and see if an update might fix the problem but for now I'm uninstalling.
3 ★A very handy app But I have to stop using it on my note 3 because it consumes more battery than even more than display. Don't know why, maybe it's just my phone. :(
5 ★Since Google decided to mess up a perfect operating system by not sing media controversy controls unless diverging is paying, this app save l saved my life. 10/10 would install again.
5 ★Google leaves basic features out ….. Why bother with hardware keys Please add another functionality.... Turn off the screen. That will save hassle of pressing buttons
5 ★This should be provided by default. Really handy for my tablet when it's in its case as the case can make finding the volume buttons a bit of a fumble. Nicely presented user interface too.
2 ★It only control ear volume but does not control bluetooth or media volume. Tested on Oneplus One 64gb
5 ★It's a great app. It has what I was looking for and even more. It's very useful since I broke the volume sensors trying to unmount my phone because I accidentally dropped water on it and it stopped working properly. Yeah, I know that was very stupid.
