1 ★Can't get connected. There is no green light. Should have expected it as during contruction I noticed how shoddy the actual kitchen itself was. edit - a bit late for you to reply MGA entertainment!
4 ★Like other people I had some trouble connecting but when finally connected it worked really well and my 3 year old twins love it.
3 ★Great kitchen. However, like everyone else I had a very hard timeconnecting. I'll give you some advice that I hope helps future buyers. 1.Turn on blutooth on tab, have the smart kitchen app open 2.Hold down theBlutooth button on your kitchen. 3.When the blutooth name pops up toconnect, select it. 4.while it says pairing, click the connect to kitchentab in the smart kitchen app. Should connect and stay connected providedyou keep the tablet within distance of the kitchen. Over all it's a funkitchen. My daughter loves it, and once you get the smart kitchen appworking it's an even more enjoyable experience.
4 ★Great app for a great toy. Three year old loves it and it connects easily with Bluetooth. App is not required for the basic sounds because those can be had just by turning on the kitchen's built-in electronics. The 'Games' section is a little confusing though and app is not very user friendly on a small screen (iPhone SE/5). Definitely use this app on a device with a big screen like a tablet.
5 ★I've seen a lot of negative reviews, mostly because people are having trouble connecting the kitchen to the app so I went in with low expectations. I did have minor issues in the beginning, but have since resolved them and I have to say, I LOVE this app and the kitchen and so does my son. It's a very cool app and I love that it teaches him a ton of different things. I love how the cutting board recognize what's being put on there and the burner knows what's being placed in the pot/pan. It's amazing! Definitely one of the best purchases I've ever made for him. Worth every penny. He cooks in his kitchen for hours! So to anyone having issues connecting, keep trying! It's 100% worth it.
1 ★Constantly disconnects from Bluetooth and won't reconnect. Have to fully exit and close the app several times till it'll connect again only to disconnect in a min or less. Just get a normal old kitchen from the 80s, worked great for me as a kid!
1 ★this app rarely works, connecting it is hit or miss. I bought the kitchen for the app only. had my husband not thrown the box away I would return this in a heart beat! so disappointed, complete waste of money this is a Christmas gift that doesn't work!
1 ★The app will not connect to the kitchen. I have been trying for days with different devices, thinking that was the problem. But the problem is both the app and the product! Do not waist your money on this play kitchen!!!
1 ★Won't connect at all. I bought a brand new tablet so shouldn't be a problem with it. I have reinstalled the app a number of times. WiFi and Bluetooth don't work. How about another app or an update to fix the problem. Wish I read the reviews before Christmas never would have bought.
3 ★Why does it beep constantly? Wish the toddler games were a bit more age appropriate for a 2 year old. Maybe it should time out and shut off after 10 minutes of inactivity. Overall it's a fun addition to a fun kitchen toy.
