3 ★I'm taking away a couple stars because I have been encountering a lot of issues surrounding the ads and not getting the awards that I'm supposed to get (watch an ad for free gold or other rewards) and also, I can rarely ever get into the Trial of Style without exiting and reopening the app a bunch of times. Today I wasn't able get in one time before the event ended. I have always had trouble with the TOS events, it's frustrating.
1 ★Terrible customer service, fine to play if you're happy with glitches that cause you to lose paid top ups and an app that doesn't prompt you to create an account at any point so that gameplay is lost when you change device. NOELLE AND JUNE AT GLU, have been useless and keep closing my ticket when I query. I've lost paid game tokens as I cannot restore my game progress since getting a new phone. This should be basic and simple but I'm getting no help, similar attitude when gameplay breaks.
2 ★I like the game a lot. But the upgrades are too expensive :( You have to spend money if you really want to beat any levels. I have spent money on this game and the gold and coins you get don't get you much. You can watch ads to earn coins and gold but the ads don't work a lot of the time.
1 ★On May 13th I made a purchase of gems, but they were not added right away. This was my third purchase since I played it, so it was strange when the amount didn't change upon payment. I filed a complaint a few hours later (tried to wait) but on May 14th the CS said the items were already put in my inventory. NO SOLUTION offered. I wouldnt make a complaint if the items were added!!! Feel so pissed as my money got wasted, hence only 1 star. The game often crashes and I'm thinking to uninstall it :|
3 ★When ever I try to replay the season 2 ep 8 in the first venue to get 5 stars instead of 4, the game just closes and I lose the "groceries" or what ever you call them. I tried this like 5 times. Please FIX IT!
3 ★When I first installed the game it was beautiful but after updates and bug fixes over the last year game has been crashing. TOS is difficult to access always saying connecting to server which takes approx 3-5 mins to fix. What is happening now when I open TOS it opens to play but the app shuts off quickly and sends me to my phone homepage. I really liked this game but its becoming frustrating. Please fix so I can enjoy as I use to
5 ★I have been playing this game since it first came out spent a lot of money over he years then all of a sudden the game crashes not able to log in keeps giving me an error message and logs me out have not been able to play in weeks not giving me an option to update if that is required reached out to customer service and no one seems to be able to stop me from not being able to get back in or to help me to retrieve my years worth of progress all I know if its not fixed soon I need a refund for the amount of money that I have just lost including lost saucers and missed TOS rewards.
4 ★It was fun but too hard to get gold unless you purchase it. If you ready to spend money on it then more than welcome to play however it just too much gold needed to upgrade things in order to get full star. Too much advertisement as well. Overall you will get bored and sick of it real soon if this game continue to not change.
2 ★Great til it starts crashing. I had the same problem before when suddenly I can't get into the game without uninstalling & reinstalling. Now after I reinstall, I can only play the Steak Diner entry restaurant because the other restaurants do not download before the next crash. MEANING once I leave the app I can no longer get back in. I invested several yrs & $ into this game so it's a shame that I had to move onto a different, more reliable game. This company really dropped the ball.
4 ★Its a great game. More like if you're passionate about cooking and can remember recipes. Quite challenging to serve food within given time span. Only draw back is you need a lot of gold coins to complete every task. Initially its easy to earn coin by watching the adds and completing tasks but later on its difficult to continue unless you make purchases or have the patience to carry by repeating ur games till you accumulate enough gold coins for the next step. Over all interesting for beginners.
5 ★I play this game a lot because its stimulating but it would be nice to get some new editions- as in new VIPs. Once you reach tier 20 there aren't more VIPs to unlock yet it can be leveled up hire
5 ★Very addictive. Love how it offers incentives every day, and you have thr opportunity to earn money or gold without having to pay for it.
