Description
ZVVO Sandow is in 2005 door een fusie van zvv Onberekenbaar met zv Sandow ontstaan en telt inmiddels ruim 300 leden.Onberekenbaar werd in 1980 als team van zaalvoetballende Purmerendse gemeenteambtenaren opgericht en is in 1997 officieel bij de KNVB ingeschreven.
Sandow werd in 1971 opgericht en was de oudste nog bestaande zaalvoetbalvereniging van Purmerend.
ZVVO Sandow speelt in ongeveer 30 teams prestatief en recreatief zaalvoetbal op elk niveau in KNVB verband.
Onder het motto "de jeugd is onze toekomst" zijn wij in 2004 gestart met zaalvoetbal voor junioren. Aanvankelijk met 1 team van C-junioren en in de jaren daarna is dat uitgebreid naar B- en A-junioren, Inmiddels zijn ook D- en E-pupillen actief en de verwachting is dat in de komende jaren ook voor de jongere jeugd het zaalvoetbal in competitieverband verder zal groeien.
Alleen trainen of gewoon voor je plezier een balletje trappen met vrienden is bij ZVVO Sandow ook mogelijk. Er is altijd wel een team dat een vriendschappelijk partijtje wil spelen en op verschillende dagen wordt er ook getraind in kleinere zalen.
