في إطار جهود بلدية الشارقة المستمرة الرامية الى التطوير وتقديم أفضل الخدمات في قطاع المقاولات الهندسية بالإمارة وتنظيم العلاقة بين المالك والمقاول أعلنت البلدية عن تقديم تطبيق (ميزان الكميات) لتقدير نسب بنود الأعمال الإنشائية للوحدات السكنية قيد التنفيذ بالإمارة والذي تم وضعه وفقا للنسب المعمول بها في البلدية والمأخوذة في الاعتبار عند فض المنازعات وحل الخلافات المالية والتنفيذية في هذا المجاليهدف ميزان الكميات الى توضيح نسب بنود الأعمال أمام الملاك بما يمكنهم من الاطلاع عليها والاطمئنان بها،
كما يسهل اجراءات تنظيم الدفعات الدورية ويحد من المنازعات التي تطرأ بسبب عدم توافق الدفعات المالية للأعمال المنفذة مع نسب بنود هذه الأعمال. بحيث يستطيع المالك بالتعاون مع الاستشاري بإدخال اسعار بنود الاعمال بميزان الكميات (قبل توقيع العقد مع المقاول) ومن خلاله يتم التأكد من التوزيع الصحيح لنسب الاعمال ومقارنتها بالنسب الاساسية الموجودة في التطبيق، كما يظهر ميزان الكميات اي تجاوز للنسب وبالتالي يتم تلافي تحميل معظم العقد في بداية المشروع ويجنب المالك والمشروع الوقوع في وضع مالي حرج. تهديكم بلدية مدينة الشارقة ميزان الكميات
