When Treestand 9-1-1 detects an impact, it will trigger an alert and activate the GPS. If you don't press the "I'm OK" button before the timer runs out, Treestand 9-1-1 will send a text to everyone on its emergency contact list with a call for help and a link to a map showing your location.
Treestand 9-1-1 is NOT a replacement for standard treestand safety precautions. Consult your treestand's owner's manual and follow all safety recommendations.
