5 ★So far so good. Will update if problematic. It's a great tool so far and great for the adaptive module learning style. I use it to review for my Chem class. Make sure you've purchased Mastering already and make sure you're using the correct email (For example, I have to use my linked school email, not personal). I see ppl talking about crashes so I'll update if this happens.
1 ★Went from two stars to one... DO NOT UPDATE TO ANDROID 10 IF YOU NEED THIS APP. This app isn't great anyway but is completely broken with update!!!! I paid hundreds of dollars for this textook and it's associated material for anatomy physiology 1&2 and it does nothing but crash. It's totally useless, I'm currently enrolled, I've properly paid for access. The only reason I've left one star is so that I may leave a comment. They don't care because the publisher already has your money.
1 ★Terrible. Slow to log in (if you're able!) and crashes frequently during any of the modules. Tried restarting both my phone and app, as well as reinstalling and keep getting the same errors. Able to access this on my browser so I don't understand the deal. You'd think with as many negative reviews they would fix this!
1 ★ZERO stars! I purchased the "extras" when I bought my textbook through Pearson and was actually excited to be able to study A&P anywhere and listen to the textbook, etc.... However I won't be doing any of those things because I cannot log into the app. I'm using the same credentials as when I successfully login to the website. I also downloaded a couple of other Pearson apps (flashcards and something else) hoping I could use those to study instead - but the content costs extra! Disappointed!
1 ★Absolutely horrible! Constantly crashing, can't load my book or study modules. I've uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, and even rebooted my phone. I spent good money on a book, and was so looking forward to being able to have the ability to study remotely. Pearson really dropped the ball on this. If the book wasn't required for my class I would be fighting for a refund!
1 ★This app doesn't reflect the canadian textbook edition. This app uses the US financial content, which does NOT apply to Canadian financial laws and regulations - two different countries, hence the Canadian edition. I had to purchased the brand new Personal Finance 4th Canadian edition textbook, with MyLab Finance access card for my course just because of the "new updates" paid CAD$160! I would strongly suggest and appreciate this app to be updated ASAP just so I can practice on the go.
1 ★Honestly the worst app iv ever used. Constant crashing, can even complete our nursing modules. That last update was 2017 for this app. Do the software developers not understand there app is outdated and not compatible with newer phones with current software installed? Pearson shows a huge lack in being a tecnological resource for nurses but instead functions as a book publisher.
1 ★I would love to use this app, but it doesn't support Android and it crashes almost immediately upon opening on both my Note 10 as well as my tablet. As much as I paid for the online component of my course, it's disappointing that Pearson offers such limited OS support. Please fix this.
1 ★Took me what seemed like a year with customer service just to get logged in on the app after getting it synced with my account online. Now that I'm in, I can't access any materials before the app crashes. So far, I'm NOT impressed.
1 ★Would also have given this 0 if able. Closes everytime. Totally useless! I would expect more from Pearson! Uninstalled for the second time, won't be a third. You would think with a 1.4 star rating, someone would try to do something about this!!
1 ★this app takes an unreasonable amount of time to load and after it finally loads it malfunctions while you're trying to click on the content you want to study. when you get to studying the content it malfunctions while you're trying to review the content you got wrong. It has completely kicked me out of modules I was studying for an exam.
1 ★I haven't been able to access the app in months. Which really sucks because I did really well on the only test I was able to use it. Everytime I try to log in it tells me my credentials aren't accepted. I paid good money to be able to use the app too. It needs to be fixed
