1 ★Appalling app, appalling product, appalling customer service. Do yourself a favour and buy from apple, sennheiser or another proper company.

5 ★Simple and useful. I mostly use it for the transparency function and that'swell implemented. Balance is a great feature for some people with unevenhearing. Gain just seems to control the volume dial on your phone, but itworks fine. The built in manual is useful. I would love a future functionwhere the volume of the audio transparency could be raised in lock stepwith the phone volume. That way you could balance them easier.

2 ★Unstable. Does what it is meant to do when it works, but half of the timeit doesn't find the earphones, it just keeps searching forever. It alsocrashes completely quite frequently.

1 ★Exact same issue as the M-1 app! It's just a screen constently searchingfor the M-2s! What's wrong with you people!? Don't you have someone onstaff who knows how to make an app!?

2 ★Awesome app when it works, but crashes frequently and when it crashes musicsometimes plays over the phone speakers which is NOT GOOD.

3 ★Sometimes gets in a tail spin trying to find the headphones. A widget forbattery life is a must.

5 ★Good. Adds more functionality to the earbud. Will be even better if there's an equalizer to adjust and save the settings into the earbuds like the jaybird app.

3 ★I wanna use all of touch censer when I use mono mode please.

1 ★The app is now alerting me that the connection is lost after putting the earbuds back in their case to charge. I won't even bother contacting customer service with this latest issue as they have proven to be nothing but a waste of time.
