How to install Earin A-3 APK on Android phone or tablet?

2 ★This last update broke the Hybrid/Classic selection. It's now stuck in Hybrid mode. Hybrid is not that useful. Please make Classic the default. Update: looks like the SAVE button is missing in Android. It works on iPhone
3 ★2.5 stars. Works to update the A-3 and show battery level. Does not work to allow changes to control scheme. Tried resetting the buds, reinstalling the app/software and finally the firmware update to the buds. No dice.
1 ★The recent update caused Earin to constantly disconnect. Basically purchased useless (so-called quality) earbuds. Only hope is an update that takes bugs out instead of adding them.
1 ★The earphones are one of the best I've tried but this app is absolutely useless. I can't get past this message: Check that you have paired both earphones. Also make sure you are connected to one of them in the Bluetooth settings. I've checked countless times, tried one ear bud, them two, then switched them, turned off my phone numerous times, put the earbuds back in the charging case, uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, re-paired the earbuds, what am I missing???
3 ★Just got mine 30 min ago. I've never been more frustrated with ear buds. This set up is so annoying. The manual is a bit of nothing. The app is a pain and a bit of nothing. And most of all I was hoping for war bugs small enough to not hurt my small ears. After finally figuring out how they sit in my ears (eyeroll) They hurt just as much as my Airpods. I give 3 stars because they actually are the smallest I've tried. Maybe I'll go old school head phones
4 ★Hopeful. These headphones have so much potential. Let's hope the app helps with that. Note: if you have issues updating your headphones, just give it a few more tries before giving up. My first bud updated on the first try, but my second one failed four times before finally working on the fifth.
1 ★App does not work no matter what I try. Have factory reset the earbuds twice, have uninstalled and reinstalled the app too many times to count as well as unpaired and re-paired the earbuds. Also have cleared the app's data and cache. Have been emailing back and forth with Earin, but they have only suggested the above actions which yield the same result of the app saying "disconnected." Ugh. Can't access any of the controls, and these are pricy earbuds so one would expect the app to work.
5 ★After the update, the A3 became my best earbuds. For connection problem, you need to reset the buds(put both in charger, push the button untill the light flashes in pink, then wait for the process to complete). When I was doing surgery, I put the bud in ear with normal position, most of time just one bud, thus I can hear my assistants very well. When I was doing exercise , I placed the buds opposite (with touch pad facing inward),the sound quality became better than Senheiser and it never falls!
5 ★5 stars for fantastic earbuds (sound) & customer service but 0 stars for lousy software. Premature & totally unworkable. It's like watching & hoping the EKG doesn't flatline! Update: Patience & determination! Stuck with it due to encouragement from comments by the other reviewer here. CPR worked. UPDATE (April 1): Fantastic update. Quick opening, flawless execution. Finally, the software matches the product. Changing to 5 stars overall.

2 ★July 7 "update" still cannot change between hybrid and classic. I'm stuck in classic. I was hoping they'd be figuring out how to deliver volume control by now (like other PREMIUM buds offer - and these are sold as), not still working on something as basic as changing controls. 🙄
