2 ★I ended up paying a 33% effective commission to Brazil because of changed tax laws in Brazil, and Ria designating an interbank transfer in accounts in my name as taxable income. (I hope to be refunded, but it's just a hope.) First few transfers easy, then heavy-handed bureaucracy, asking for forms to be filled out in pen for each transaction (which required data I haven't even got), proof of funds, ID (already provided). Go elsewhere.
1 ★I cannot emphasize enough the frustration and disappointment I have experienced with the app. As recommended by a friend, I decided to give it a try, only to be greeted with incessant requests for ID verification. It is mind-boggling to me that despite already confirming my identification during the account creation process, the app insists on repeatedly asking for it. Why can't they just use the same ID that I previously provided? In my desperation to resolve this issue, I reached out to custo

Find a different app. Edit: No you don't, you only want to look good by responding to every review. I've already been told that my account was locked and won't be unlocked. You won't do anything to help me.

2 ★The app! Always getting a popup Something went wrong. Also when adding an account with plaid, the something went wrong popup pops and all stalls and after all all that wasted time waiting for plaid, nothing is added to existing prep approved accounts in Ria.
1 ★Horrible application. It is the second time they take my money even though they rejected my transactions. I got an email saying that they dont withdraw the money until is completed but they did and customer service said i may get my money back in 1 to 3 days. I will never again will use their app. I will continue with remitly. I have never had any issue with them.

I sent money to 2 people from the US to Dominican Republic, 1 person got the miney, and the other was oending. 2 hours later, they cancelled the pending transfer and permanently closed my account online. They never stated a reason, just generic reasons why they close accounts. How terrible.
