2 ★Downloaded the app and paid for the annual subscription because my little one enjoys the youtube episodes. Tried on many occasions to download the in app episodes and not once did any of them download. Got a series of error messages! Therefore, paid for a whole year's worth and haven't been able to get the use out of it! Would not recommend!

1 ★I downloaded the free version, just now realized it charged me for the annual fee. I deleted this app a long time ago because it never worked. Really pissed that they took my $30 and nothing works. For your sake DO NOT DOWNLOAD, not worth the headache.

Dave and Ava are beautifully animated and engage my 2 and 3 year old grandsons. I'm a homeschooling Mom so the level of educational progress mixed with FUN because Play is children's work is great! 3 ★Videos are great, however the technology is very buggy. Crashed a lot. Random video play is not very random. Secret treasure part did not work. No rewind. Mouse is a thief and a bully. Play list will play videos not on the list. I wish I could delete hickey dickey video because I plays that video 10 times more than everything else.
1 ★This they said and advertised as pay once and never pay again! Now they are auto taking every year!! There is no direct way to go and unsubscribe or to delete the account. It is working as a bug without getting deleted !! Money getting deducted regularly!

I'm fuming and this close to xmas Its money I need!

1 ★My little guy loves this show . But the app is really broken . When playing the puzzle it repeats the same half sound clip over and over till hes done. Theres no screen lock so when tracing letters hes constantly exiting the app. And the episodes wont download. And now, not to mention the youtube episodes have a commercial every 5 mins ? We have started watching cocomelon and have no commercials. So your own strive to get rich has cost you.
1 ★Tired of ads on Youtube. Yes, I know you can pay for the app and have no ads. But as a long-time watcher on Youtube, we stopped about 6+ months ago due to the constant bombardment of ads between each song. It made my little girl loathe these videos. Such a shame because I loved them the best.
