Description

Race Timer is a free race timing system that allows race coordinators the flexibility of scoring road races within an android app. Features include: Name your race, capture runners as they pass the finish line, view finishers in the app, email results, save to multiple formats, and more! 5k, 10k, whatever the distance of your run, use Race Timer to capture runners' bibs as they cross the finish line and you will see their corresponding finish time for the event. Race Timer can also be used at the end of finish chutes to properly record the order of finishers replacing older, manual processes such as tear tags and popsicle sticks.
Over 12 years of event management and race timing helped inspire Race Timer.

Updated the finishers screen to use alternating colors

Added 'Set Time of Day' feature to manually set the race time.
This feature can used for Time of Day races or to set the application's race time after the actual race has started.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

5 ★Great app but you URGENTLY need to add a 'Save Results' options or have an autosave option. Currently it's far too easy to lose all race data when you exit out of the app.

5 ★It is exactly what I need. Easy and quick to link result with name vs bib in an Excel file outside of the app. I use this app for on the fly race within our team race.

5 ★Easy to use. The app does what it should and the way it saves the data is simple but brilliant.

4 ★Simple and easy to use. On the "set time of day" option, you cannot save the file. Also, it's more functional if we can edit the file like mistyping the race bib after hitting the enter key.

4 ★Great little app that is super easy to use. Way better than generic stopwatch apps with split times. I would give it 5 stars if there was a way to go back and edit bib numbers after the fact.

3 ★You wouldn't be able to enter bib numbers fast enough on a race of any size. You would have to add them after sending to excel.

5 ★Would love to be able to edit details after enter is pressed.it would be great if there was also a way of entering names prior to race.import excel doc or something along those lines.would pay for it no problem

5 ★Tried couple of other timer apps and so far I have found this to be pretty easy to use and does what it's supposed to do. Also, it's good to have the option to email the results in various file formats. Not a biggie but it would be nice to have some option for customizing the look and controls.
