A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

5 ★Really great for my golf swing.
5 ★Good to be able to record notes on rounds played, areas of improvement required, rather than just scores. Like how my coach is notified and provides words of wisdom and encouragement.
5 ★Combined with my physical coaching sessions, this tool is invaluable! The ability to rewatch videos of my coaching sessions as well as the ease of communicating with my coach is priceless!
5 ★After some familization the app is proving to be very useful. Some minor file saving/deleting issues, but overall a great tool for analyzing and developing your swing.
2 ★App is buggy but effective. Great for reviewing videos with my coach but CoachNow posts my videos directly uploaded from my phone sideways and I have to use a workaround sharing videos through Google Photos to use it.
1 ★I think this app needs the couch, it locks you into the team mode and now way to get out, a very poorly designed app, DO NOT DOWNLOAD POOR U/I, limited options, extremely disappointed and missed out on my coaches interaction through the app
5 ★This is a good app because it allowed my group to share our training comments, analysis and feedbacks in a more professional way than a standard social network. Interface is easy to use. Just take your time to read the icons on the screen. Cheers
3 ★Easy to use and a great way to communicate with my coach. Only 3 stars because it won't let me send video from my gallery. I have to use the app with limited video features.
3 ★Kind of a fail out of the gate. I want to use this app for Curling. But guess what, Curling isn't in the list of sports. And I can't launch the app without choosing a sport. Update please!!
5 ★This app is so awesome! I really like interaction of sharing videos. I can truly see my golf swing and understand the process of correcting it.
5 ★Generally a great app, however the app now continues to quit immediately after opening. Not sure if related to newest update. Samsung S9 Update: uninstalled and then re-installed the app. Working well again.
5 ★Great app so far for communication with my golf coach. Able to upload videos, he can comment, and edit videos to give tutorials and tips. Would recommend.
