2 ★Very hard to find way to subscribe. Creating account is a nightmare. After creating a new profile. It's just stuck on page with create account and sign in buttons. Thought it was somewhat same like f1 live, but I'm wrong

2 ★UX is horrible. No clue when a race is happening as the time zone are all messed up. Spent 30 minutes trying to watch a live race. It was so frustrated, I gave up. No past race replays. If Formula E is to succeed, it needs to fix the ability to watch a race. Have not been able to watch a single race yet. I really hope they get this together or they will lose fans.

1 ★Frustrating. Absolutely useless. Doesn't show team or driver standings. What's the point of releasing a formula e app when you can't even track results or standings in an easy way.

1 ★It wont go beyond the splash screen it keeps saying Unexpected error Try Again. This is shocking for ANY primitive app with 1 download. Laughable to be honest. For an FIA app to do this is shocking to say the least. Not able to even access the homescreen. How ridiculous is that.

1 ★It forces things open in the browser instead, no idea why. Driver radio just makes the app restart when you select it. Basically it's a mess and just another wall to the fans enjoyment and engagement sadly

3 ★I like this app, BUT why can you not give an exact local time when races start? The Formula 1 app is 100% better in that regard. It show the practice, quali and race starting times on the app, with a countdown timer to boot. Please improve this. I keep on missing race starts because of this.

1 ★Nothing would load. "Error. Try again" every time. If you could announce via the tv footage when you've fixed the app I will install it again. Pity. I was looking forward to getting involved.

5 ★Just updated the app 5 mins ago and now everytime I open the app its shuts down the app on its own and kicks me out .

1 ★Absolutely awful. No substantial information in the app. They even had the wrong times for the race. Had the end times listed for each event. Completely useless app.

1 ★slow starting, databases for results are not updated in time, counter intuative gui, and generally bad experience....not very good for an official app, much the same as the f1 app....maybe if yij are using the same dev as f1, get a new one, this app is shockingly bad, no pun intended.

1 ★When you open the app after installing, it fails to start and gives an error that"an error occurred. Please check your internet connection " though I had proper connection. Please fix this issue before the new season starts. A request from a fan......

1 ★I am new to Formula E. I installed the app to get some overview of this sport. It did not help me, and feels messy with functions not working properly. Had it for one year now. I do not know why. A lot of bugs. Recently with upcoming races.
