Description

The aRFR from ETC provides a remote for any Eos family lighting system (Eos, Eos Ti, Gio, Gio @5, Ion, Element and Eos/Ion Remote Processors). This application requires Eos family software 2.6 or higher on the connected lighting system. Eos 3.0 or higher is required for Focus Wand. Please note the aRFR is NOT support by Cobalt.

The aRFR supports most features needed for programming and playback. It does not support remote patching and system configuration. A tab-based system changes the displays from the full keyboard, moving light controls, direct selects, playback tools and a cue list. Security controls prevent un-authorized access to a lighting system.

4 ★Pretty decent app, works well for what I need. But I wish it had wider functionality. Ie. If I want the full keyboards, it should be simple. The wand feature did work for me. And I'm happy the free version exists, but happier than the paid version is fixed priced (£30) and there is no monthly subscription, compared to EOS REMOTE. Overall, could be worse. But could also be even better!

2 ★App was incredibly useful, however my device is constantly disconnecting from the Ion Xe desk I'm using. I've made sure I have no other know WiFi networks or mobile date enabled, yet it constantly disconnects. Are there any other ways to stay connected to the desk?

2 ★Overall fantastic app with the exception of not being able to use it on my Galaxy Tab S2. even with the latest version it keeps crashing on opening it. It gives a message akin to "the app has stopped working" and gives the option of restarting the app but just crashes again.

1 ★This app is not being finished for android or whatever is the problem. A fairytale type. Sometimes it is there, sometimes not. Worked yesterday. For a moment today, than gone, and offering to buy a full version, that is odd, I did already. Any chance I could claim my money back? Add to this now it sais it is not the full version. I payed for this. Clearly stated on my bank account. Is there a tech support for this problem?

1 ★Worked briefly. Now won't start due to a "fatal error". Repeated uninstalls and phone reboots haven't helped.

1 ★Would be great if I could install it. Just keeps telling me it's available for my device and would I like to install it on other devices. Not good.

5 ★Bought this app last minute before a gig after putting it off for years. Came in clutch. Would recommend brining your own router so your can control connection strength and placement. Booth to grid through the prosc drops signal sometimes.
