Podrás ejercitarte de forma segura, siguiendo un plan de entrenamiento especialmente diseñado en función de tu nivel y objetivos. Todo ello con el asesoramiento de expertos enentrenamiento físico-deportivo. Podrás aprender a hacer buen uso de los aparatos instalados al tiempo que te proponemos diferentes ejercicios a realizar en las áreas de entrenamiento al aire libre. Guarda el histórico de tus sesiones con el objeto de hacer una seguimiento a tu evolución.Ya tienes espacios de entrenamiento al aire libre disponibles en las siguientes ubicaciones:
ADEJE: Paseo Las Calmas, El Galeón.
ARONA: zona de espacios libres Golf-Las Américas
CANDELARIA: Plaza de la Hornilla
