Description
Aplicativo exclusivo para atendimento do Plantão de Dúvidas do Curso ETAPA.Acesso somente com usuário e senha.
Com esse app o aluno pode entrar, sair e acompanhar a fila de atendimento do plantão, sem interromper seus estudos, até que seja chamado pelo app para atendimento.
O app possui 4 status diferentes:
- Vermelho: indica que o aluno não está na fila para atendimento;
- Azul: indica que o aluno está na fila aguardando o atendimento por um plantonista;
- Amarelo: indica o aluno está sendo chamado por um plantonista, o aplicativo exibe a foto e o nome do plantonista;
- Verde: indica que o aluno está em atendimento.
A cada alteração de status o app envia uma notificação para o aluno e altera sua cor de fundo.
Para receber as notificações é obrigatório uma conexão com a internet.
O WIFI ficará disponível em todas as salas de atendimento do plantão para acesso aos aplicativos e sites do Curso ETAPA.
Os chamados também poderão ser acompanhados por um painel na sala de estudos.
O aluno que não comparecer à mesa de atendimento após três chamadas será removido da fila automaticamente pelo sistema.
*ATENÇÃO: Após o login a cada plantonista que logar no atendimento você será notificado mesmo com o aplicativo fechado ou encerrado manualmente, para não receber mais as notificações de novos plantonistas use o botão de desconectar dentro do próprio aplicativo. Quando o aplicativo é encerrado manualmente ou fechado você deve logar novamente e desconectar usando o botão dentro do aplicativo.
