Keep your character rolling through the painting! This game was inspired by Soleil, Tour, Aéroplane, 1913 by Robert Delaunay. The French artist’s work is a celebration of modern technological developments of the early 20th century. In English, the title of the work would be “Sun, Tower, Airplane.” Included in the painting are references to the bi-plane, the ironwork of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and the Ferris wheel. These three items were modern engineering marvels of the late 19th and early 20th century that fascinated the artist, who was amazed by how quickly the modern world was progressing. The atmosphere of the painting is infused with colors and light.
