Où que vous soyez, l’application CMMC – Prévi Assistance, proposée par le Crédit Mutuel Massif Central, vous permet de déclencher une alerte qui transmet vos coordonnées GPS à notre Centre d’écoute ouvert 24h/24*.L’application est réservée aux détenteurs du contrat de Téléassistance « Prévi Assistance ». L’accès à l’application se fait à l’aide des codes d’accès (identifiant + mot de passe) fournis à l’ouverture du contrat de Téléassistance.
Si vous ne possédez pas vos codes, il vous est possible de contacter le service clients au 02.98.34.96.95.
L’application CMMC Prévi Assistance est un service inclus gratuitement dans le contrat de Téléassistance proposé par le Crédit Mutuel Massif Central et souscrit auprès d’Arkéa Assistance.
La téléassistance permet d’être mis en relation 24h/24 et 7j/7 avec un centre d’écoute qui prévient vos proches en cas de besoin (conditions générales disponibles sur simple demande).
