Description
Our storm radar uses ATD lightning detection technology and updates every 5 minutes displaying the latest lightning strikes and 500 metre resolution rainfall imagery across the United Kingdom and northern France. ATD technology is the most accurate detection technology plotting cloud to ground lightning strikes to a resolution of 1 mile on our maps.There is no need to refresh our application or reload as our lightning detector updates automatically every 5 minutes. We have a colour code for each lightning symbol in which you can find via clicking the “key” button, each coloured symbol with a different size represents the time since the plotted lightning strike(s).
You may upgrade to our free weather radar application at any time by navigating to the button with three dots. Our weather radar application also displays 5 minute standalone rainfall imagery to 500 metre resolution making it the highest resolution radar in the United Kingdom.
If the map is blank this means there is no cloud to ground lightning strikes or thunderstorms currently affecting the UK or northern France.

How to install UK Storm Radar APK on Android phone or tablet?
