Description

Gain intuitive visual understanding of how atoms behave in liquids, solids and gases. With Atomify, your phone/tablet is transformed into a physics simulator allowing you to study realistic 3-dimensional interactions between argon atoms. Watch how crystals form, melt and transform into a gas.

In Atomify you are in charge of the universe. You are God. You can control the temperature and size of your system to see how this affects the behavior of the atoms.

The simulations are performed with the high performance molecular dynamics code, LAMMPS[1].

Developed by Anders Hafreager and Svenn-Arne Dragly (PhD candidates at the University of Oslo).

Atomify LAMMPS is open source (GPLv3) and the source code can be found on GitHub[2].

How to install Atomify LAMMPS APK on Android phone or tablet?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

4 ★Very nice, interactive views of a few of the examples in the LAMMPS documentation. It might be nice to add the 3d melt demo but with atom_style hybrid sphere/dipole. Some really fun things happen as the spheres cool and congeal. It would be fun to see that as an interactive view, such as you have here. Perhaps allow user to run different seeds for the thermostating fix?
3 ★Two water vapour simulations crash. Little to no control allowed other than temperature and that too only fast cooling/heating.

1 ★SIMULATIONS HAVE NO ATOMS!!!!!!!!!!! 😠
3 ★This is a classic example of just because you can, doesn't mean you should. This app does some great simulations and shows what is possible, but it needs a lot of processing power. If you don't have a top of the range Android device with a lot of RAM and fast multi-core CPU, this is going to be fairly disappointing. Simulations may run very slowly or seem like they wont work at all. No doubt as devices become cheaper with more power, apps like this will become useful, but right now it's fairly useless.
5 ★I use ubuntu version of this app and there is a problem with some atomstyle . I wish you fix this proplems in new version! Thanks for your app
