Apart from UPSC aspirants aiming to become efficient civil servants (IAS, IPS, etc.), this will also benefit all the aspirants of State PSCs who have subjects related to Public Administration. Also, if an aspirant becomes an IAS officer, the training that he/ she undergoes, contains topics from Public Administration optional subject. So these notes will help the aspirants even after the examinations are over, and help in shaping their careers.
