1 ★O app em si, só serve pra ver seu wifi, trocar a senha e pegar o boleto para pagamento, bem simples. A Internet não possui uma rota confiável, visto que o Ping ou está em 30, ou 80. O roteador é bloqueado, o que pra mim, não faz o menor sentido, você não consegue nem escolher qual senha quer. O atendimento é razoável, mas falta informação com os atendentes. Não recomendo.

1 ★Não sei quem foi o energúmeno que decidiu tirar a a opção de entrar em contato com um funcionário através do chat no app, mas saiba que você não deveria estar no comando do cargo que você controla, e que faria melhor resignando sua posicão para alguém competente no que faz.
