About [Substratum] Sai's Fresh Theme APK

A simple and fresh Dark & Black Substratum theme that focuses on theming a slightly smaller set of apps (for now), of which a good percentage are niche and haven't been themed yet by others. Best of all, it's free!

The theme additionally functions as the add-on to the bare-bones Android O Black theme.

Download [Substratum] Sai's Fresh Theme APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
