Control your heat pump and/or your ventilation unit with alpha control conveniently and free of charge from home via smartphone or tablet per app. Alpha innotec explains the various possibilities and helps you to make the right decision for an optimal indoor climate.

The alpha control app enables the comfort control and monitoring of your alpha innotec heat pump with Luxtronic control 2.0/2.1 and/or your alpha innotec ventilation unit LG300 Eco. Heat pump and ventilation unit can be registered and operated independently of each other.

Function overview heat pump control:
- Displays the status of your heat pump on the start screen
- Displays the operating hours
- Displays all relevant temperatures
- Remote control of the most important functions
- Simple setting of the time switch functions
- Displays the data log
- Reading the error memory
- Setting the desired hot water temperature

In the home network, the above-mentioned functions are already enabled and fully usable in your heat pump. If you also have a heatpump24 account, all functions can also be used online, that means outside of the home network.

Function overview ventilation unit control:
- Switching the ventilation system on and off
- Selection of ventilation stages 1-4
- Selection mode: manual, automatic (with sensor), maximum and weekly program
- Information on the setting of the supply air volume flows in ventilation stages 1,2 and 3
After registering the ventilation unit using the serial number and your email address, the app can be used free of charge.

Condition:
You have a heat pump with the Luxtronic 2.0 or 2.1 controller and this is connected to your home network via network cable and/or a ventilation unit LG300 Eco.

1 ★Please add possibility to add local heatpump bu registering it with its ip and not just by "automatic seach" as it does not find heatpump when connected over vpn. Heatpump24 server is some kind of disaster - data with the pump is synchronised every 5h! So no way to control heatpump when not at home. Please add more parameter to all that are available through connection to heatpump webserver. Edit: app started to just crash when selecting a heat pump on a local network

2 ★Keeps crashing

1 ★Keeps crashing and closing on my Samsung S24 ultra.

1 ★Geez what a useless app this is. Took me 2 hours to connect it and then there is almost 0 useful functionality in it. Shameful for a machine that costs 10s of thousands of EUR

1 ★Disaster application. It can barely do anything. And if I change a value there is a time lag in day before the value is changed on the thermal heater. Iexpect more from the application so that I can fully use the potential of the he thermal heater. Especially in year 2023. Sorry, but the company should be ashamed for this.

1 ★After May 2023 update the app fails to display data logger chart, it reverts to Selection screen instead ☹️

2 ★The heat pump history chart crashes on local network (IDK about remote, since i am still waiting for credentials, almost 6M now..)

3 ★It works. The UI is not great and some additional basic features like manually setting the IP would be nice, but the fact that it works locally scores huge bonus points. Plenty of room for improvement. Looking forward to the next update.

1 ★Does not work _at all_ with my AIT heat pump. It finds the heatpump in LAN but when I try to connect I get immediate "Disconnected" message and nothing happens. The older versions of the app worked. I'm using android 11.
