5 ★I'm using this app since December 2018. A lot of improving had been done, The management try their better to listen to costumers. The only point which I disappointed with is that I receive my pay out after middle of the month, but actually I received it before 10th. Now I'm totally satisfied with app and way to manage it
1 ★Your login experience is weird guys, i verify my phone number and the app tells me i already used the phone number, i get it, but i can't go back at this point, i open and close the app to login using the phone number to login, still opens at verification. My review will remain 1 star until this issue is solved. Good luck guys.
1 ★After the update the application keep loading forever . I even tried to switch the language but only the title is visible and nothing to be selected. The application didn't go through the QA/QC process for sure.
4 ★Very good app with excellent idea. I joined MoneyFellows as soon as they started and I appreciate their hardwork to make this startup a success. The only drawback that still presents is that we have to deal with Fawry Plus branches. I'm not a big fan on dealing with thoses and I think that fawry's customer experience is not best.
1 ★Worst customer service and experience, the stated payout date is a lie don't bother yourself you won't be benefited in any way from them. The customer service isn't helpful you won't get a reasonable response from them and there's literally zero integrity. My account froze once the balance has been added and they froze it intentionally to delay my payout and prevent me to withdraw.
2 ★Trusted and easy to use, from a 3-year user, but the last update is horrible, before adding all of these animations remember to make it a working app. then a good-looking one.
1 ★When it comes to taking money they're ultra fast, but when it comes to payouts they take ages to provide it. You might as well pay one or two more installments while waiting to get your payout. Not recommended.
1 ★I'm trying to open my account, but every time once opening app, it give me only one option (to register a new account) then it doesn't accept my mail as it has been registered before 🙄 so i want to open my account, what can I do? I tried to reinstall it again, but the same problem appears, no login, only sign up again 😒
1 ★The worst application you can deal with is you respect them regarding your payment dates, and if you are late, you pay a fine, and by the time you receive your money, they do not give you a specific date so that they do not become obligated to you. Nonsense.
1 ★It's not a good app as I thought,They did not send me the new contract, it's been more than a year after the previous one, and we dealt with the old contract, however, they did not abide by the specified period for receiving the amount of money and said that it is from the 15th to the 25th day according to the contract, which is definitely not mentioned in the old contract that we deal with, and this is literally a fraud, and unprofessional.

5 ★MoneyFellows really solved all of my drawbacks that I was facing in the traditional Gama'ya. I don't have to think and worry about anyone else in the Gama'ya since MoneyFellows are managing all of that for me. Also, their customer support are super friendly, helpful and answer all of my questions. They make saving money is alot easier than before. Thanks :)
