Kartu Menuju sehat ini merupakan aplikasi monitoring pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak . Aplikasi ini akan menampilkan informasi tentang status gizi anak , jadwal imunisasi , grafik pertumbuhan anak , data – data imunisasi dan data pemeriksaan lainnya . dengan aplikasi ini maka anda para orangtua akan sangat memudah memantau pertumbumbuhan dan perkembangan anak anda sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya hal-hal yang yang tidak di inginkan terkait dengan tumbuh kembang anak anda .Aplikasi KMS ini dirancang untuk digunkan oleh 2 user yaitu petugas kesehatan (dokter, bidan, tenaga terlatih lainnya) dan User (orangtua) . Untuk user (orangtua) Alur dari aplikasi ini adalah sebagai berikut .
a. Orangtua mendaftar sebagai user . isi data pendaftaran dengan benar dan lengkap . ingat terdapat kolom provinsi pada form pendaftaran , jika tidak keluar refresh .
b. Setelah berhasil mendaftar silahkan login
c. Kemudian tambah data anak . ketika berhasil menambah data anak maka pada data anak tersebut akan mendapat token yang digenerate otomatis oleh sistem. Token tersebut yang akan digunakan setiap kali memeriksakan anak ke petugas kesehatan . klik menu bantuan untuk petunjuk penggunnaan aplikasi
Sedangkan untuk petugas alur aplikasi ini adalah sebagai berikut .
a. Petugas mendaftar sebagai petugas . isi data pendaftaran dengan benar dan lengkap . ingat terdapat kolom provinsi pada form pendaftaran , jika tidak keluar refresh.
b. Setelah berhasil mendaftar silahkan login
c. Silahkan lengkapi data pendaftaran sebagai petugas dengan lengkap . data tersebut meliputi no izin klinik pratik dll.
d. Setelah semua data lengkap silahkan tunggu sampai proses pendaftaran di di approve oleh admin .
e. Jika sudah diapprove akun petugas sudah dapat digunakan untuk melakukan input data pemeriksaan anak . klik menu bantuan untuk petunjuk penggunnaan aplikasi
