5 ★We've been with Liox for a while now and I can say that they are amazing and always prompt. Never have I been missing an item. Highly recommend. As for the app, it needs huge improvements. It seems like if the Dev is just using Apache Cordova or some other easy HTML/CSS framework instead of using creating a native app with notifications and tracking baked in.

1 ★Doesn't work at all on an Android phone.

1 ★I was over charged and haven't received my discount and driver left my clothes on the side before I even came down my stairs anybody could've stole my items.

5 ★My wife told me about Liox 2 years ago, we have been using their location to drop off since then, then we moved to a different location where Liox wasn't around, but their pickup and delivery service going all around the city to our area. We don't have to keep looking for a new cleaners.

4 ★I usually use Liox website to make an order, but they launched this app and it's super easy now.

4 ★I used to walk 2 blocks to drop off my laundry and my shirts at the local shop, then i discovered Liox after another shirt was ruined by local cleaner, and then they launched this App, i honestly think Liox is one of the best cleaners in New York that offer service for laundry and cleaning.

4 ★It's impossible to have time to do your laundry in NY, and same impossible to have an apartment with washer and drier in it. So laundry app is the only way to get it done. Also tried their home cleaning is pretty awesome, cheapest price so far.

5 ★I love how Liox has this mobile app and also does all laundry and cleaning onsite without outsourcing. They respond quickly if there are any concerns, love it.

5 ★I tried Cleanly, then FlyCleaners, both apps dance around being very tech oriented, but none of them actually do laundry and dry cleaning themselves, thats why they always end up messing something up. With Liox so far so good.
