1 ★When your app rating goes down to 1.4 stars almost exclusively because of the exorbitant price, you need to stop replying to the ratings with the same canned response saying that the vast majority of user find it to be an extremely good value. It's not a good value. It was hardly worth the old price and it's definitely not worth more than three times that at $30/month!
1 ★Absolutely disgusting business model that prices people out of the market. I will be glad when somebody comes along, launches and alternative format and puts these guys out of businesses. They are greedy beyond belief. Microsoft Office can be had for $8 pm - the lowest price for this is £20 pm and that's if you pay for 2 years in one go! Mental. Don't believe the canned response, this software won't pay for itself unless you're just dumping exams to pass them in bulk. It won't get you hired.
1 ★I was going to subscribe, but, upon reading the fine print...First you have two products one a player (basic) and one an exam maker/player(Pro). They give four price offerings 3mos,6mos, 12mos and 24mos. Each price point is paid upfront and when you sign up what you are agreeing to is for them to automatically debt your bank account automatically.
1 ★not only is this a pointless money grab, the pc application are also an expensive rip off. i just took my network+ and the premium dump along with brain dumps where useless and this is so over price for something that seriously didn't help at all. dont buy anything from examcollection. back in 2013 when i took A+ ot was ok but now its a trash company looking to steal your money. STAY AWAY. if you purchase its on you cause I warned you. just watch professor messer videos way more helpful.
1 ★I already pay for the Desktop version. It's been very useful for taking practice tests a few days before your actual exam to see if you're ready. But, surely, it can't be expected for someone to pay $60 a month just to view a file on a desktop AND another $80 a month to view that same file on your phone. That's unbelievable, and I think I'm just going to cancel my desktop service at the end of the month and find an better more affordable solution that supports both desktop and mobile.
1 ★Come on guys...why would you choose a subscription payment mode??? It's insane.... You can set the price for this even 25€ or whatever but that's it... Don't you realize that this is penalizing your work? I'm sorry to give you 1 star but this strategy is out of this world (at least imho)
1 ★App demands $89.99/mo subscription. This is a glorified pdf viewer. Just Google how to send your VCE files off to be converted to PDF for free and skip this nonsense.
1 ★Ended up paying 29.99. File reading request was blocked. Purchases show "your order is being processed" but I have been waiting for 8 hours. No response from support. Edit (in response): No. Not yet. Still with support with no resolution. Will they be able to provide a refund? Edit (in response): It has been more than two weeks Problem has not be rectified by support. Still getting the same error! This is after paying £29.99, my subscription is almost over and I have not been able to use the app because IT DOES NOT WORK! Please could you provide a refund?
5 ★it's a good app to prepare your self for exam I tested it myself and decided it was worth a 5* review.it's created especially for student like me. you can easily make adjustments to ask only questions that you got wrong previously without having to go through the same questions over and over again. it also saves your test results so that you can see your progress. That will help you motivate yourself I recommend it to everyone.
1 ★How many one stars you can justify with your huge monthly price? And you keep on saying vast number of users find it helpful...do you think they are the old users or new ones who just have to clear a exam quickly and cancel your subscription after that? If you really think price is justfiable then dont bring it down when something similar or better app will come in the market. Make money but dont rip people off.
1 ★The app gets the job done and I put up the 30 USD a month because I had no other options. But this is worth not worth 60 USD a month. Apparently ripping people off is okay with you. Cancelled. Edit: Thanks for the generic unhelpful response. Another Edit: Actually, this app is now so expensive it is an investment that probably won't actually pay for itself so you can drop that from your canned useless response.
1 ★I would like to see the vast majority. The vast majority including myself thinks that the price is ridiculous. Show me out of the 437 reviews someone that rated this more than 1 star. I could see maybe $15 but $30 a month is way too much. You all are going to lose lots of money behind this decision. It was great while it lasted. I wish you all the best of luck with the price increase.
