Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Auto-upload works for me, by WiFi anyway (cloud connect does not work for me), but every photo taken using aifoto on any of our Lenovo tablets (none of our Samsung's can even download it) is rotated 90degrees to the right by default. The option to manually rotate images does not work in either the aifoto app nor the PhotoGallery program on the NAS anymore - I swear it did last week, now it just just ignores rotate inputs, even though it takes a few seconds reloading the image as if it's going to rotate it - so I have to rotate photos one at a time in Windows using my PC on same network. This, together with aifoto often logging itself out and taking too long to reconnect (sometimes making family members miss out on photo opportunities) is making my family want to stop using aifoto and go back to the default camera/gallery apps. This means I'll have to go back to manually syncing/uploading images on their devices before I can centralise my photo backup, a huge waste of my time. This makes my purchase of an Asustor Nas to save me time by centralising and simplifying our photo storage, actually a huge waste of money and the time I spent setting it up - all it has done is add hassle and complexity to my life. Terrible apps/software.
3 ★1st - For some reason instant upload as well as backing up all photos throttling upload speed to something like 400-500KB while aiData uploads at megabytes speeds under same conditions 2nd - many uploaded photos and videos stuck in between 96 and 99% without completion Could these be fixed? I'm using https
1 ★does not launch on Minix. Can you fix this please?
2 ★I have a AS3104T and an Asus RT-N56U router. When I enabled web service in NAS, I got error saying port 80 and 443 were disabled. Tried to change NAS to 81 and 444 for example, not working. Tried to do port forwarding in router, still no luck. Although I am not entirely sure I did the right things. Anyhow, I am surprised that it doesn't work flawlessly with Asus router.
3 ★Firstly, thought that I could setup user rights for the folders so that I can control what different users can view. only to realise that the photos need to be in the PhotoGallery folder. However, after moving 2 folders containing photos into the PhotoGallery, images cannot be viewed at all.
4 ★Works pretty well but I'm still missing one feature. I'm not able to select camera folder only for instant upload, instead AiFoto app uploads all folders.
2 ★Auto sync photos does not work.
1 ★I bought a Asustor 5104t over a year ago mainly for the use of this app. It never uploads my photos or video's unless I delete the app and then install it again and then it might work for a week. After that week I have to figure out what was uploaded and what wasn't and then do it manually which is a pain. I use to get a notification that my photos and videos were uploaded but not ever anymore. And yes all the settings are set up correctly. I should have just bought a Synology or Qnap NAS instead.
4 ★I've installed the gallery app and trying to access it locally from this app. I've created private album editable by my user. I can login as admin, but I can't login as my custom user. I've changed the album from private to public, then I can login as regular user. Weird why can't I at least login without seeing any album if I have some access issue? Those settings are confusing and lack of documentation is disturbing... :/ Also This reply to me is a joke, I've replied to email, but only got questions (about the same thing) and never got any solution (or at least attempt for it)... :(
2 ★Works on iPhone but not Android
1 ★Not for Asustor AS202TE doesn't connect
2 ★I have organized photos in folders in NAS. Can I just browse folders and see photos or do I have to create albums in order to see them in app?
