Explore
Musical Instruments Atlas provides a paged explorer with horizontal sliding. Current application version uses only portrait mode. An explorer page describe an instrument with picture, sample instrument audio, short description and facts. There is also a filtering mechanism by instruments category or spreading countries and a list for quick instrument lookup.
From explorer you can open the list of instruments for quick reference.
Quiz
Do you really believe you know all musical instruments from atlas? Take a quiz and find out how good you are!
Quiz challenge you to recognize the instrument. It plays musical instrument sample and give you six options to choose the right one from. For correct answer score is updated, for incorrect one there is a small penalty to encourage you to perform better.
Quiz is organized on levels. At application install only first level is unlocked. Next level is unlocked if solved half of current quiz. There is score bonus for unlocking next and for finishing a level.
Quick Play Mode
For impatience users, there is quick play mode that could be enabled from musical instruments explorer. In this mode only instrument picture and sample audio are enabled. Instruments are grouped by category.
Updates
Musical Instruments Atlas is continuously updated. Corrections are applied, based on user feedback, and new instruments are added. Your device is kept synchronized with latest changes on server repository.
