As many of you are aware, there has been significant limiting changes to call recording capability in Android OS 9.0 (Oreo) and 10.0 updates which affects every manufacturer that has limited our call recorder's ability to capture both sides of the call recording on Android 9.0 or above. By default in many cases, only your own voice may be captured (or both sides on some devices when enabling the speakerphone, which is typically unsatisfactory in a private conversation!). However we have just released an update that by granting the "acessibility" permission to Total Recall at the time of installation, allows us to capture both sides of the call (although the resulting audio may be slightly lower than on previous OS versions)
Also on most major brand models, we have a complete solution to capture both sides of the call loud and clear - this feature is available only to "rooted" device users. Our new technology using "root" to overcome this limitation is based on a Magisk "systemless module", which allows direct access to both sides of the audio required. "Systemless" in effect means that no "real" disk modifications are applied directly to your device's /system directory. This is the preferred way to avoid any "permanent" changes to the core of the device which are difficult to "undo". Additionally this module can easily be unloaded at any time you desire.

Download Call Recorder S9 & S10 APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

2 ★Was Once Good. This app worked fine before I upgraded to S9 phone. Now it rarely records both sides of the conversation. When it does, the other party is nearly inaudible. The app crashes when I try to share a message using any option. The popup window asking me to save or delete a recording no longer plays the message from that screen, although I can save or delete from that window still. Please fix this, I miss the functionality.

2 ★This was the best recorder. Just can't keep up the the andriod updates. I have paid for the standard version and the S10 version either work any more. Looking for a new phone recorder. Update 1/9/20 found new phone recorder that works on my S10 like Total Recall us to. Seem somebody figure it out. 6/17/20 after paying a subscription checked and it is only recording one side. Uninstaller this version and went back to the basic version which I have a full license and it records both sides.
3 ★After coming from another call recorder with my Galaxy S20 the calls are very faint. I have uninstalled numerous times & reinstalled & still is faint. 5 stars if it was louder! Looking forward for the next update
1 ★Stopped working on my Samsung S10+, not even recording my side. Thanks for the reply. It is, as you said, unfortunate and also now useless since I do not want to void my phone warranty by rooting-it. It was good while it lasted, but now useless. Thanks again for pre Android 10 services.
1 ★I have been a subscriber for a couple of years. It was a great app. Are there any plans to get it working again for Android? It seems that Google has effectively shut your app down with just about all of its functionality. Too bad. You had such a great app. I can no longer configure where I want your app to send recordings. Once configured, I no longer have the option to choose where I want to send it and cannot change it. I cannot turn off sending to Onedrive and opt to send it smtp again to a non google account. And visa versa. The voice of the other party no longer is recorded. Just my voice. Samsung s9 plus. Android version 9......killed your app. I will download it again and gladly pay your yearly subscription when/if it works as perfectly as it used to work - 2018? 17 maybe?
1 ★Had this app for a few years. Used to be perfect for what I wanted, but then it changed and only started recording my side of the convo. I tried numerous settings for recording and none of them recorded the convo both sides. I contacted support a few times for assistance and was always ignored. I found a better app that does what I need which also doesnt cost. Can't understand why they would keep charging us all for an app that is now basically useless and hasnt even offered any of us refunds...
1 ★Can not hear a word other person says no matter which way you record.
2 ★when I first began using the app, it worked very well. Caller ID information was retained on all saved calls, making it easy to find previous recorded calls. Now all calls are saved as private caller. There's no way to identify the actual calls in the history. this problem makes the app completely useless. Are there any solutions to this problem?
1 ★I had this app for a couple of years. Unsubscribed today. It does not matter that other companies (Google, Android) changed their programming to stop this app from working. It does not matter that you have a popup warning that your app may not work. It does matter that you are taking in money from a broke app. It is unethical and probably unlawful. The app does not record both sides of the conversation. After a restart of the phone, it will work for a while but then it doesn't when you really need it to. Very unreliable and unstable. I hope you can work something out with Google and the Android gods to make this function again. You should not rely on end users to fix their own devices when you should have it automated. It is like bagging your own groceries at a supermarket. You shouldn't have to.
1 ★Used to work most of the time. Always had a huge bubble on screen when it was recording. Which you can turn off, but makes likelihood of it actually recording the call very low. Every time you hang up any phone call, it immediately hijacks your phone to show you a screen to playback the recording. Which you can't disable and nobody actually wants to listen back to EVERY call they make immediately after making it. Then after an update it hardly EVER recorded calls without either corrupting the file or having the file going missing. Which makes the app very not useful. And makes it an ad filled piece of junk app. Which it was not much above originally anyways.
