FastRest Restaurant Otomasyon Adisyon(Masaya Servis) Sistemi kullanıcıları için geliştirilen masa başında sipariş almayı sağlayan garson el terminali uygulamasıdır. Masa başında siparişlerin (özel notlar,açıklamalar) girişi yapılır ve sipariş(mutfak) yazıcılarına iletilir. Masa durumu, açık kaldığı süre ve siparişler FR Express uygulamasından izlenir.Tam sürüm indirilmeden evvel aşağıdaki şartlar sağlanmalıdır:
- Alıcı destek anlaşması dahilinde olan FastRest Arka Ofis ve Adisyon programına sahip olmalıdır.
- Wireless çalışma için gereken altyapı olmalıdır.
FastRest Restaurant Otomasyon Sisteminin özellikleri:
• Sipariş girme noktalarındaki garsonların aldıkları siparişleri görsel olarak masa seçecekleri ve kolayca girecekleri dokunmatik ekrandan çeşitli mutfak yazıcılarına (Sıcak Yemek, İçecekler ve Tatlılar vs.) gönderilir.
• Restaurant dizaynı işletmenin tam şekli olduğu için garsonların masa seçimi bu görsel ekrandan olur, masa numarası, çek no gibi kavramları ezberlemek ve bulmak zorunda kalmazlar ve hatalı masa seçimi, yanlış siparişler söz konusu olmaz.
• Aynı ürünü 3 Değişik fiyattan satış yapılabilir. (Yetki dahilinde) Örneğin AVM’lerde Müşteri ve AVM personeli için değişik fiyat uygulanabilir.
• Müşterilerin ilave siparişleri de aynı şekilde mutfaklara iletilir.
• Masaya Servis, üyelik sistemi ile çalışan dernek, kulüp, lokal vb. yerler için üye takip sistemi içerir.
• Masaya Servis ile işletmedeki masa doluluk oranı, müşteri sayısı ve açık adisyon toplam cirosu anlık görüntülenir.
• Masa değiştirme seçeneği vardır. Müşteri başka bir masaya geçmek isterse, bu yer değişimi kolaylıkla yapılır.
• Masaya Servis ile vardiyası biten garsonun açık masaları başka garsona devredilir.
• Hesap kapama tek veya birkaç noktadan yapılabilir.
• Masaya Servis, hesap kapama işlemi Nakit, Kredi Kart, Ticket, Cari Hesap, vb. gibi seçeneklerle yapılabilir. Bu seçenekler kolayca değiştirilebilir.
