Meet results are available as an in-app subscription. Your subscription includes access to swimmer times, splits, scores, and more at meets where meet hosts and officials support the publication of results to mobile with HY-TEK Meet Manager - the most widely-used swimming management software in the world.
Can’t find your meet? Waiting for meet results?
Ask the meet host to update to version 4.0 or higher of HY-TEK’s Meet Manager and post the meet program and meet results to Meet Mobile. HY-TEK does not control and cannot guarantee the availability or accuracy of meet programs or meet results.
Meet Result Pricing
Monthly subscriptions are offered at $4.49 USD, and Annual subscriptions are offered at $9.99 USD, with pricing available in your local currency at an exchange rate managed by Google Play. Subscriptions are charged to your Google Wallet account when you confirm your purchase and will auto-renew at the end of the subscription period for the same duration as your initial enrollment at the initial price, unless cancelled or changed at least 24-hours before the end of your current subscription period. Cancellation or refund of the active current subscription period is not allowed per Google’s policies.

Heat sheets are often distributed freely, but meet hosts may charge for access to heat sheets in Meet Mobile. HY-TEK does not control heat sheet pricing, and any price indicated for heat sheets is not included in the meet results subscription.

1 ★I paid for the yearly subscription once, figuring that after it was a paid platform it would gain significantly more functionality and be easier to find meets, swimmers, etc. I stopped using this app altogether for two years, and when I finally reinstall it and decide to pay the fee again, it won't even launch. Waste of money, better off waiting for those results to be posted, a complete shame this is usually the only option to see results for meets you can't attend unless the team uploads to a website.
1 ★I paid for a subscription, and no 2 days later it is telling me I don't have one? Looked through the troubleshooting, and it says to delete the app, restart the phone, etc. I'm not signing out of everything on my phone to fix your app! Not happy, as I'm on my way to the meet that I subscribed for. Don't get this app!
2 ★Active has zero to little support. I have emailed them 5 times, they try to close ticket. I have purchased 2 times, but can't get into account and they will not provide basic info. Their FAQ is worthless for this problem. Their phone support is not able to support Meet Mobile App. I would only recommend the free part of this and not purchase it.
2 ★App itself is good. The problem is that it is on conflict with too many timing systems at meets which leads to hosting teams to turn it off or delay results too long. Hopefully this app or a replacement can be developed to sync with meet results without conflicts or glitches. When it is working it's a great app. Unfortunately this is only about 50% of the time.
1 ★They charge you the day before it renews and send an email the day after telling you that you can cancel within 24 hours. The 24 passes before you even realize it. They scam you out of another year for an app that works properly less than 40% of the time. Don’t bother with it. You can get quicker information at a meet waiting for the organizer to tape the results to a cafeteria wall.
1 ★The search feature for meets near me works about 1% of the time. Heaven forbid you get a new device, you lose ALL prior favorite settings and can't find your team with the search feature. For a paid app, this really should perform better. I lowered my rating to a one star, if I could rate -5, I would! I can't find my team and would have to search for each individual swimmer. Extremely irritated.
3 ★After unsuccessfully searching for a meet I'm at, for last 10 minutes, I had to write this review. Unless you know the exact name of the meet, there is no way of finding it. 'Near me' option also doesn't work. For God's sake, that should be the easiest part of the app - search by any word in any order! The best punishment for the app devepor would be to force him to use his own app when his kid is at a meet :)

1 ★I have more trouble than not with this app. I have an Android phone. I am at my daughter's swim championships and can't get results. Yes, I paid for all access. I tried everything to fix the problem: I restarted my phone. I updated everything. I uninstalled the app, and now Google won't let me reinstall it. SO FRUSTRATED!!!
3 ★The app is good, but an essential missing feature is the ability to track swimmers progression & previous records. I think it is easy to add a software feature which can provide all previously achieved times per event per swimmer in a chronological list. Definitely adding some extra analytic graphs and charts would be a further step ahead.
1 ★Rubbish support. My phone died set up a new phone and have to pay for the app again. There support is useless. Give you a web site to go to so that you can share accounts but that does not work. They have no backend control of there app. If it was not that I needed the app I would never ever install it or use it or recommend it
2 ★Pre-covid we enjoyed this app. But now, almost a year into the pandemic, why doesn't the virtual meet functionaly work better?
