1 ★Simply too expensive per month for what you get back if you're average at best is 'zero'. App is all but useless unless you pay premium. Subscribing to Netflix is more rewarding, which is telling to the price.
1 ★Terrible terrible app. The customer service is only in french. I pay to chat with women, but if they don't pay it's impossible to chat. Of course there's an option where you can pay also for they who do not pay, so I have pay twice (!!!) to chat. There is a ridiculous lack of control on profiles, so that the same person can make 4 profiles in one day, and that day look! You have 4 new profiles to check. All Of the same person. BUT, they always resize your pics like they want. So control or not?
1 ★One of the worst dating apps ever ... at first the ui is nice and intuitive but the service in it self is just terrible ... u can't message someone even if u match unless he is VIP or u have a subscription ... other apps offers messages when u match ... but they have other options as subscription only ... but this one got nothing
1 ★It doesn't allow you to delete the account from the app, and neither your profile picture. Users should be allowed to do so when they please not at management convenience. I gave you one star because is the lowest but if an option for minus 10 would have been available you bet I will be giving you that because FREEDOM OF CHOICE is paramount.
1 ★Very predatory; no use when not paying. Free accounts can't send any messages whatsoever. It is impossible to delete your account with anything but a physical computer; it will not allow you to go to the site with a mobile device to log you out!!! Criminal!!! Most information is only in French!
1 ★Scam Alert! I did option to pay once 35€ and they charged me twice! I did not agree, they're a scam and will just steal money from you, do not trust them. No customer service to ask refund! 11/22/2021 Again, they scammed me. I tried again, I paid and it says I can cancel any time. I cancelled last month and they keep charging me, now two months since I cancelled. Now they say I'm forced to pay for six months. The contract clearly said I could quit at any time. scammers.
1 ★It apers in French without any reason. Later I wanted to upgrade and pay 12€ they ended charging me 77€ and I don't have any way to fix the payments or do anything about it. I feel totally disappointed with the experience.
1 ★Very disappointed..I think the best way to not charge anymore to change your credit card for a new one... This way they don't have the credit card number and not able to take more money.. Because is impossible to cancel.. This is what I will do .I hope I helped for some people in here..

1 ★Beware of this: if you subscribe, they will prevent you from unsubscribing due to a "technical error" that prevent you from unsubscribing from the app. This has been going on for at least 2 months, so at this point it's intentional.
1 ★Messaging is locked behind a paywall and the price is pretty steep. This defeats the purpose. This is a recipe for losing users, and a dating app without active users is, well, useless. EDIT: I deleted my account and uninstalled the app. I'll return when you decide to have a more rational policy.
1 ★The free version allows almost nothing : you can create an account and like others. You cannot see xho liked you, and you won't see them in your feed, cause it doesn't filter people by location : you will see people from more than 100km and applying filters is paid... Worst dating app I ever tried at the moment
