1 ★I bought a package thinking i would be able to see my likes. Turns out i was mistaken. When i emailed, stated my issue, and asked for a refund i was completely ignored. I guess i can understand a business, as piddling as it might be, not giving refunds for purchases made in error. But to not even take the time to respond and make customers aware of their policies regarding such purchases just seems dismissive and disrespectful and this company won't ever get another penny from me.
3 ★Just been trying it out for a few days: "SO FAR" it is one of the less stressful services I've used, [seemingly] without a plethora of suss or hidden gimmicks. However, it could still benefit in a number of important ways to make navving & matching a bit more efficient and precise, which can mainly be done by expanding on the "filters," particularly by adding questions relating to "PARENTHOOD" status and smoking/drinking/420 habits. "Range" should also be broken down into "5-mile" increments.
1 ★Let me get this straight. The app works, however there are several issues with the app. I'll start with the most annoying. How easy it is to accidentally block someone, there is no prompt asking you if you are sure or giving blk an appropriate reason for a block. You can literally pocket block someone and there is no way to unblock them. Only way I am willing to raise this review is if the developers find a way for us to unblock users or at least make it more challenging to block someone.
2 ★Nice options 😉. I'd give it a higher score if support didn't ignore my emails. Search engine needs work. Keeps giving me results that live 200 miles away! Not cool ☹️☹️☹️
3 ★Nice app but the bugs and glitches... Most definitely will not purchase Elite if can't get cards to load or messages
1 ★I signed up for a 6 month subscription which is $50. I used this app for 2 months & everyone is too far away even though you set your distance preference. With that being a disappointment, I canceled my subscription but they refuse to provide a refund, and have the audacity to keep your account open for the remainder of the trial period. I don't recommend it, good luck.
2 ★App started off great, then it started to go south. 1st, main screen just wouldn't load. 4/22/21 - I contacted customer service sharing a video of the glitch. 4/23/21 - I was advised to delete & reinstall the app. 4/29/21 - I emailed customer service again after the issue persisted. It was sent to another team for further assistance. 5/2/21 - followed up. Also shared that I had to keep logging in, app kept booting me off. Still no response up to now. Same issues others have complained about.
3 ★The app is not letting me view all photos. Scroll to the last photo and it just opens the info page. I've paid for this app for months with 1 "like" a week. This month I decided not to pay and all of a sudden I'm at 50+ likes in three days! I don't believe it and you really need to fix algorithms. Seriously how many comments/suggestions do you need to fix the location range, etc! Change and update is GOOD!!
1 ★False advertisements, they claim that the app is free, they are right free to download, but when you have a match or someone like you,then they say you have to upgrade to premium so you can your, not to mention you can't even sent out any messages to the users..don't get me wrong they are alot of beautiful sisters on here.
2 ★I used to be on BLK a few months ago and the app was okay. All my matches were kinda far with the exception of a few but overall I enjoyed it. I gave online dating a break and deleted my account, since I've decided to open my account back this app has been so glitchy. I can't upload photos from my camera roll or even take a photo and I've repeatedly "matched" with someone only to not to be able to see them in my messages. Until these things are fixed, I'm going to just delete the app again.
2 ★When viewing "likes" you can't see all pictures on profile, you can only see the main picture and it's not the full picture. If I'm paying for this, I want to be able to look at their entire profile and not half a picture. Can't unmatch with anyone. The settings of the age range does not stay set after you've closed out of the app
1 ★This app is most definitely the worst app I have ever used. Lots of glitches. Sometimes the same person will show up multiple times after you swiped. I will match with someone, their profile will dissappear and show up again on my feed for me to swipe.Even after you set distance limits, it will show up people way beyond those limits. Most of the girls that show up are 100 miles away from me. Incredibly disappointed as I liked the concept of an app for black people.
