Mit der App „H4A - die App zu Phoenix II Handball“ sind alle Informationen aus Phoenix II Handball zu jedemZeitpunkt und überall mobil verfügbar, und zwar sowohl on- als auch offline. Die Nutzer*innen können ihre
persönlichen Daten (einschließlich Passbild) mobil einsehen sowie ändern und erhalten in Phoenix II erstellte
Push-Nachrichten direkt auf ihrem Mobilgerät angezeigt.
Damit dient die Nachfolger-App von IDOnline (IDO) unter anderem auch als digitaler (On- und Offline-)
Ausweis für Mitarbeiter*innen und Lizenzinhaber*innen sowie zur Verwaltung aller aktiven Lizenzen,
Spielrechte und Mitarbeiterausweise (einschließlich QR-Code zur Überprüfung), Spielaufträge als
Schiedsrichter*innen (einschließlich Bestätigung über die App) sowie Seminare und Veranstaltungen. Für letztere
ist eine direkte Anmeldung in der App möglich. Über eine eigene Kalenderfunktion können diese als Favoriten
markiert und ein ICS-Export durchgeführt werden.
Wie bereits IDOnline ersetzt sie den Papier- oder Scheckkartenausweis für Spieler*innen, Schiedsrichter*innen,
Zeitnehmer*innen, Sekretär*innen, Beobachter*innen, Mitarbeiter*innen sowie Funktionär*innen.
Als digitaler Nachweis (in papierloser Form) kommt die App ohne Material-, Versand- und Portokosten aus.
Weitere Vorteile sind der verringerte Prozessaufwand (kein Einsammeln erforderlich, sofort deaktivierbar nach
Tätigkeit) und eine erhöhte Sicherheit gegen Fälschungen durch ein bewegendes GIF, eine reduzierte
Gültigkeitsdauer für einen Tag auf einem mobilen Endgerät und einen QR-Code zur Überprüfung der Gültigkeit.
