HISTORY
In August 1928 the Guatemala Country Club was established. On October 17 of that same year, the government of the Republic approved the statutes and recognized the legal personality of the Club.
The Club House by then was completely finished, with a design typical of country houses of the time. To this day you can still enjoy the small bar in front of the terrace, built at that time.
The countryside in those years had almost no trees, it was dry and muddy terrain, which formed large currents in the winter. Later, the trees were planted until we achieved the beautiful forest that we find today around each of the Fairways.

En agosto de 1928 se estableció el Guatemala Country Club. El 17 de octubre de ese mismo año, el gobierno de la República aprobó los estatutos y reconoció la personalidad jurídica del Club.
La Casa Club para entonces estaba completamente terminada, con un diseño típico de las casas de campo de la época. A la fecha aún se puede disfrutar del pequeño bar frente a la terraza, construido en aquel entonces.
El campo por aquellos años casi no tenía árboles, era un terreno seco y barroso, el cual formaba grandes correntadas en época de invierno. Posteriormente se sembraron los árboles hasta lograr el bello bosque que encontramos hoy alrededor de cada uno de las Fairways.
