Description
The Bharat HFA App is used for geo-tagging of projects/houses constructed under the AHP/ISSR component of PMAYU. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) has launched upgraded new PMAY Urban Mobile Application which allows registered Surveyors of PMAY MIS Urban to capture and upload high resolution photographs of construction stages of Affordable Housing in Partnership and In Situ Slum Redevelopment. The Mobile Application allows photographs of Affordable Housing in Partnership and In Situ Slum Redevelopment tower / Flats and different locations wise. The PMAY Urban Mobile Application is integrated with PMAY MIS System, to validate surveyor’s details in PMAY MIS through the registered mobile number of Surveyors. The user after validating the mobile number in the application will receive SMS which will allow the surveyor to Geo-tag the AHP-ISSR projects. The application PMAY Urban allows surveyors for both components Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP), In-situ Slum Redevelopment (ISSR).In PMAY MIS System users can register him /her with different components of Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) or In-situ Slum Redevelopment (ISSR).
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has been implementing Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) PMAY (U) to address the housing shortage in urban areas of the country with a larger goal of “Housing for All by 2022” and in order to ensure effective implementation of PMAY (U) Mission, the Ministry regularly monitors key indicators of the programmes at various fora. The mission aims to provide a hosues with Dignified living, Availability of Basic Amenities (Water, electricity, Kitchen, toilet etc.) It also empowers the women of the urban areas by providing sense of pride and dignity, Improved Social Status, Safety and Security for the family, protective Environment for the girl child etc.
