蔣宋美齡（1897年3月4日－2003年10月24日），籍貫廣東省文昌郡（今屬海南省）人，尊稱為蔣夫人，中華民國政治家，前任中華民國第一夫人，中國國民黨總裁及第1-5屆中華民國總統蔣中正的第二任妻子，前國民黨主席及第6、7任中華民國總統蔣經國之繼母；曾任中國國民黨中央委員會及中國國民黨中央評議委員會主席團主席、中國國民黨中央婦女工作委員會指導會指導長、天主教輔仁大學董事長及名譽董事長，同時亦為國立彰化師範大學、中華民國婦女聯合會與振興醫院的創辦人，對近代中國歷史及中華民國與美國關係影響深遠，在中華民國有永遠的第一夫人之稱。
