Description
Application was created for easy marking as completed sets / reps / tasks throughout your training / dayApplication:
- allows to create list of tasks, sets and fast marking completed ones
- calculates amount of completed sets, reps, tasks
- calculates percent state of completion of all tasks on your daily list
- keeps history per day of completed tasks
- has basic list of training items/templates to be added to your daily routine. You can add to this list or modify it to your liking. By default each template is defined as one set, one rep item -> these values should be changed accoring to Your needs when adding them to your daily routine for the first time.
Application is completely free. It does not contain ads. It does not collect any of your personal data. If you like it please write review - this will help to improve the app and will make me very happy.
