ON COMPASS is a multifunctional and beautiful compass set on android. It combines the three types of most useful compass modes in one app, which is Classic Compass, Camera Compass and Map Compass. Each compass mode has a few significant features helps you conveniently measure your direction in different situation.This direction measuring tool performs direction measurement by using the built-in orientation sensor, acceleration sensor and magnetic sensor. At the same time measure direction, ON Compass also detects the best network connection(GPS, Wifi or 3G) to retrieve and display the data of your current location, coordinates, altitude and address to helps you accurately measure your current position and steer in the right direction.
ON Compass comes with high definition graphics and nice user interface design. You can also customize your application view with the combination of 6 cool compass design and 10 beautiful themes, as shown in preview.
Mode 1: CLASSIC COMPASS
Classic Compass is the simple most compass as you can see in most of the compass apps. It works in the same way as real traditional compass. Classic Compass measures direction by holding or placing the phone horizontally relative to the surface of the earth.
Mode 2: CAMERA COMPASS
Camera Compass lets you measure directions by aim your camera at anywhere you want to measure. It works in portrait, landscape and any device's orientation. Camera compass is very useful in some situation especially when lower your head to see the compass is difficult and inconvenient to you. For example, you can use this compass when you are driving, riding, hiking, sailing, mountain climbing, jungle expedition, etc. There is an indicator on the compass view to indicate the verticality/tilt angle of the device.
Mode 3: MAP COMPASS
Map Compass shows your current position, direction of your current movement and true/magnetic north on the map. The map rotates based on the compass orientation and direction, helps you navigate to your destination. You can switch the map view between Satellite view and Street view.
