2 ★I want to like this app, but it never opens. I can't crop photos in a useful way. Can't figure out how to really contact or chat with people, but biggest issue it just won't open, it just loads and loads. Like I said, I want to like this app but it's just not working. Also I would like more filter options (like by height) and more easily look outside my immediate area.
2 ★It's annoying to only see 3-4 profiles before being told that there aren't anymore matches. It would also be nice to be able to go back and look at people I've liked so that I could try and send a message or something; sometimes I'm just not ready to say "hi" right off the bat, but don't want to lose the profile, either. Doesn't help that I keep seeing the same profiles over and over again, even the ones I've swiped down on before. Might as well settle into my spinsterhood, I guess :/
2 ★Worked OK for a while, within the last month distance filters is broken. Select 'anywhere in the world' and it only shows the 3-4 people within my state. The see who 'Liked you' feature show you the same people over and over, instead of just seeing the new 'liked you' profiles i have to swipe through the same hundred plus over and over. Bugs out all the time on pictures. App is a good idea, just doesn't function well at all. Used to work better, seems to be regressing rather then getting better.
2 ★I frequently get annoyed with how buggy the software is. For all I know, every time you delete and add a picture, it is putting black screens in place for later, all I was trying to do was change the order of my pics. Worse, whatever it does for cropping, it has so little control that I just tried deleting a restarting my profile using the same pics and information, and now it wants to import the same pictures sideways. Anyhow seems like good people and environment, just the app itself seems buggy.
2 ★This app is way too unstable. I can't login it just sits and spins, not sure when it started doing that. I forced the app to stop then cleared the cache and still could not get the app to open. Then I cleared the cache and cleared data. I got to the screen to login with my Facebook account and I thought ok maybe I will be able to login, but nope still couldn't get in. Now I'm going to have to try uninstalling and reinstalling which means I will lose my profile and all past conversations and I will have to create a whole new profile, etc. Until the developers make this more stable there are tons of people who won't use this app. Get some professional developers to help you fix the app until then this app is not very usable! People don't use apps that they know are unstable and unreliable. It doesn't help if I match with someone and then the app won't let me login so I can chat with them.
1 ★This doesn't even work. I've waited for a week for help and for the app to find people and it still hasn't. It says "we're sorry but we can't find anyone who meets your current search criteria". I changed all the filter settings and everything and it still says that. Short of having to subscribe I'm out if ideas. Support hasn't contacted me and apperently I'm "verified". To bad It doesnt work. 0 stars if possible.
3 ★I've used the app off and on since it first came out (embarrassed to say I've yet to find real success). Yet this is a better option for LDS users than other apps. Also, the support staff are helpful and very kind. However, I've brought up issues that have not been resolved: consistent lagging, lack of matches and notes not sending. For the past couple months the only way I've matched with anyone is by looking to see who's swiped on me. It feels like paying for extra notes isn't worth it.
1 ★As far as I can see, you should be able to use the app without linking it to a Facebook account. It has two options: 'Login with Facebook' or 'Login with phone number'. However, when I selected the phone number option and filled in all the other info necessary, it did not show me any people that I could swipe on. And it would not show me any no matter how many times I clicked the logo to "see who I had passed on". If you could fix this issue, I would love to use the app and increase my rating.
1 ★I've used the app before and recently got it again. For the most part I think it's working okay. But the messaging is absolutely ridiculous. I just lost a match because messages weren't coming through or being sent somewhere. I have no problem getting matches, it's actually talking to them that is really irritating. When I had the app before I had no problems with the messaging part of the app and now that's the only problem I have. I don't know of there is anything that can be done to fix the issue, but it's frustrating to have so much hope for an app that doesn't even work.
1 ★Ever since they updated it, and changed the layout of the app it has been SUPER glitchy. The app has always had its problems, but lately it keeps swiping up on people who I didn't actually swipe up on and it's a serious problem. I can only look at three or four profiles before the app freezes and shuts down. I'll change my review if they fix it, as I've had multiple relationships come from this app, but right now the app is almost unusable.
2 ★Used it fully for one day and am finding a few problems. It asks me to take a verification selfie every time I boot it up, which is really inconvenient. Not sure if it is designed to do that or if it just has problems with my account. I can't seem to find a way to follow up on people I have liked before. One note a day sux. Also, what is the point of liking someone if they have to pay to see who likes them?! Sticking with it for now, may edit this later with some answers or fixes.
1 ★The app sucks, as most dating apps do. The only difference between this and other apps is the people, and a higher difficulty matching, with the demographics being vary centered around the western united states location. There are still scams, people who match and don't talk, people who talk for a little bit, but stop, and the majority of Matches are still about halfway across the world either direction. For a church dating app, half the profiles aren't exactly playing the role, but whatever 🤷
