Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Never use paper again.
3 ★The app on phones no longer works. I tried on both android and apple products. The app still works on tablets. I can get through the ip address screen then never get a code to submit into the management system on a computer.
5 ★We've been using VEX TM Mobile to score our VEX IQ tournaments with a great deal of success. It really made the simplifies the way match scoring is handled. Because we're able to validate the score with the students at the end of each match, it also dramatically reduced the number of questions on match scores. This gives the student a substantially better experience. It relieved a lot of stress on the TM Operator volunteer role, since they're not having to manage both starting matches and entering scores at the same time. Instead the Scorekeeper on the field is able to do the score entry as it happens.
5 ★Used throughout the last season. Always worked like a charm!
3 ★Got to use this for the first time and while the referee liked having it, it was not without its quirks. 1. I had it installed on a tablet running 4.4, but it doesn't scale well, causing the save and cancel buttons to sit over part of the scoring blocks making them unusable. We switched to the numerical entry method and made it work. 2. The grades submitted from the device are not official in the system till approved by the field operator, not a big deal but doesn't really eliminate any steps. 3. While its specific to the game there is no ability to pull up rules or guides for the game from within the app. Not hard to keep them loaded on the device, but seems like a missed opportunity to easily have all the resources a referee would need while on the field. Really like the idea, just not quite fully baked.
4 ★I like this a lot! Great reference and timer. Easy to figure out scores. Could you add the controller handoff sounds to the IQ timer? Thanks!
4 ★Now that we've been able to set this up correctly and use it in a couple of events, I am quite pleased with the app. There are still some additional functions I wished it had (Inspection and Check-In, among others), but as it stands this is a great help in running VEX events.
2 ★Would love to use it, but have to use 5ghz wifi router. I understand why, but most schools where Vex is played don't support it. Mostly due to we're hardwired. Would have to buy a router and setup ad-hoc. I think bluetooth would be a better choice.
