HTC Car gives you a smooth experience with clear controls, so you can stay connected without looking away from the road. In car mode, you’ll find options for navigation, phone calls, music and more. To use your voice to control your phone, just tap the screen with three fingers or select “Speak.”
In the Navigation menu, you can search for a destination or nearby point of interest, look up previous searches and get directions to upcoming events in your Calendar. Connect your phone to your car’s stereo system and control playback from the Music menu. To make a call, open the Dialer or People menu. You can also opt to have incoming calls and new messages read out loud while you drive.

5 ★The best apps so far for my htc 628. I purchased htc phone just for this apps. Therefor i could connect with my honda hrv. Love it. But lately, there is one apps interfere and disturb the function which is android auto. When i want to click home, android auto will block it. I dont know how android auto appeared suddenly. Please htc... hope u could vanish android auto from our htc. Hate it

1 ★Before the last update it used to find the gps in less than 5 seconds, now it takes around 15 mins to detect. why you screwed up all the good work. Now i can't use the application.

1 ★The only reason I am putting a one star is because it keeps turning on at weird times. I neither drive nor own a car, and even if I did I would prefer this to not turn on at random times when I am sitting it bed.

4 ★Still keep coming back to this for its easy access to my other need it now' apps, where others fail. I wish it could have a setting that will open the app on connection to Bluetooth, rather than only the HTC car holder .. Other than that I'm happy with it 😊

1 ★As of the update before the recent one this app has made me hate the entirety of your company, I can't even watch YouTube anymore, car mode opens on it's own, be it on charge, off charge, with or without headphones, no magnets anywhere near it, and no water damage, all this is is bloat wear, honestly you guys are making Apple not look quiet that bad right now, please tell me there's a way to un install this garbage. Edit. Also this is not a smooth interface, is annoying and fidgety

1 ★My HTC desire 626 keeps acting up and everytime I notice the car app keeps launching by itself. At time I can't even use the phone since it exits out of any app I use at times I can't even successfully make a call because it launches the speaker and turns it off multiple times it is the worst app please fix your mistake HTC .

1 ★I have no idea why but it randomly starts on its own for no reason. Sitting in my pocket and pull it out to play a game or switch apps Car is running. Restart my phone and Car is running when it turns back on. The pinnacle of a perfect app.

1 ★The HTC Car application is only compatible with Honda and Toyota infotainment systems when using mirrorlink connection. Useless app for the rest of the car brands supporting mirrorlink.

2 ★On my M8s, when the phone is in the htc car dock and in car mode, when i press the power button to turn off the screen, the screen turns off an then it turns back on again...so there is no way to turn off the screen when the phone is in car mode in htc car craddle.
